Windycon 38 was a convention held from November 11-13, 2011 at the Westin Lombard in Chicago. Guests of Honor: Catherine Asaro, Joe Bergeron, Mike Brotherton, Frank Hayes, Hugh Daniel. Toastmaster: Christian Ready. Chair: Richard France. The con had the theme "The Periodic Table of Science Fiction Elements."
The ISFiC Writers Contest winner was "The Pod," by Mary Mascari.
The ISFiC Press book was Aurora in Four Voices, by Catherine Asaro.
