The 31st Worldcon, second in Canada, Torcon II was held August 31 - September 3, 1973, at the Royal York Hotel in Toronto, Canada. The GoH was Robert Bloch and the FGoH was Bill Rotsler. Lester del Rey was Toastmaster. Chaired by John Millard.
Its daily newsletter was We're Torcon to You.
