Tomorrow's Songs Today is a book-length history of filk by Gary McGath, including chapters on filk in Canada, the UK, Germany, and internationally. It was crowd-funded, then released under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International, with a small print run and still available digitally.
