Richie Benyo is a fan. He founded apa45 and was the first OE, then immediately gafiated. He later became well known as an editor of magazines devoted to running and health and as a marathon runner.
The second issue of his fanzine Galactic Outpost (1964) included the first publication of Philip K. Dick's story "The War With the Fnools", later published in Galaxy Science Fiction (1969).
