This seems merger of the Atlanta -- Real Soon Now (ARSN) (which had an ad (naming Bill Ritch as "figurehead") in a ConFrancisco PR in 1991) bid with Worldcon Atlanta, Inc..
At Intersection the Worldcon in Glasgow in 1995, the bid gave out condoms in a matchbook-like holder that on one side showed their rocket logo and said "Wrap Your Rocket" and on the other side said
