Necon 13 was a convention held July 30-August 1, 1993 at Bryant College in Bristol, RI. The GoHs were Ellen Datlow, Gahan Wilson, Artist GoH was Rick Leider, Special Guest was Kathe Koja, Toastmaster was Matthew Costello, the Roastee was Ginjer Buchanan and it was chaired by Steve Schleifer.
