Necon 9 was a convention held in 1989 at Roger Williams University in Bristol, RI. The GoHs were Lucius Shepard, [[Chet Williamson ]], and Jeff Jones. The toastmaster was Stan Wiater, the Roastee was Bob Plante and it was chaired by Bob Plante.
