Jennifer Bankier was a fan in Toronto, ON, active in the 1970s, who published Orca and participated in OSFIC. In mundania, she was an attorney. She was a tenured member of the law school faculty at Dalhousie University for twenty years. She published widely and was known for her work for the rights of women and other marginalized groups and for writings on computer technology and law.
