John T. Miller was a UK fan from London active in the 1940s. He was a member of the British Fantasy Society (BFS).

Miller was a subscriber to Futurian War Digest from at least 1942 and joined the BFS in January 1943. He had been in the army since 1941 and in mid-1943 J. Michael Rosenblum reported that he 'has at last managed to get transferred to the Navy, where he will be employed in his prewar job of electrical work and is likely to be sent to a naval base overseas.' In December 1943 he was reported in Kilindini near Mombasa, East Africa, where 'Our main trouble will be boredom, which I hope to relieve by reading, writing & music.' He wrote to Rosenblum:

Well, Michael, I hope STF is carrying on at home & preparing for after the war. I've seen a few ancient mags here in the U.S. Library (United Services, not U.S.A.), but that's all.

In a later communication Rosenblum said Miller 'Has found a couple more stfaddicts in the place'.

He is listed in the Directory of Anglo-Fandom of 1945 with an address in Bognor Regis but not in later editions.
