Sands of Time was a fanzine published by Ted Carnell in the UK and included as a rider with Futurian War Digest. In its first issue, Carnell said it was:
... the first fanzine to be published by a fan on Active Service.
He referred to it as 'S&S' as it would dealing mainly with the doings of Astounding and Unknown', both published by Street and Smith.
