View source for Unite -- or Fie!

An [[article]] written by [[Damon Knight]] in the October 1940 issue of [[Art Widner]]'s ''[[Fanfare (Paro)]]'', which called for a [[general fan organization]] to replace the fading [[New Fandom]].  This inspired members of the [[Stranger Club]] and others to form the [[N3F]].

The title itself was a play on the over-the-top speech [[Mutation or Death!]] and the old motto "Unite or Die!"
