McClary was an American SF/fantasy writer.  He also wrote westerns.

He wrote under the pseudonyms T.C. McClary, Thomas Calvert, and Calvin Peregoy.

He is best known for his SF book, ''Rebirth: When Everyone Forgot!'' (1944). ''Rebirth'' has been reprinted several times; it was originally serialized in 1934 in ''[[Astounding Science Fiction]]''.

''Three Thousand Years'' was originally published in 1938 in ''[[Astounding]]''. It was reprinted by [[Fantasy Press]] in 1954.

''The Tommyknocker'' was originally published in 1940 in ''[[Unknown]]'' magazine.
