A PR for the [[Terminus in 23,309]] [[Worldcon]] [[hoax bid]].  It was put together by [[fans]] including [[Elst Weinstein]], [[Mike Glyer]] and [[Marty Massoglia]].  It was a normal-looking bid document with [[fannish]] in-jokes, such as the ''city'' of New York promising to attend.
