A German [[fan]] and [[filker]] who found [[filking]] in 1990, and is known as a composer and performer. She started her German [[fanzine]] ''[[Let's Filk About]]'' in 1992, helped found [[FilkContinental]] and the [[German Filk Fund]] (which she chairs).  She was inducted into the [[Filk Hall of Fame]] in 2002 and is married to [[Volker Tanger]], a previous winner. Before her marriage her name was Kirstin Scholz.  She was [[Interfilk Guest]] at [[ConChord 25]] in 2013.
