[[Necon]] 15 was a [[convention]] held in 1995 at Roger Williams University near [[Providence, RI]].  The [[GoHs]] were [[Jonathan Carroll]], [[Matthew Costello]], and [[Stephen Bissette]]. The [[toastmaster]] was [[Gahan Wilson]], the Roastees were [[F. Paul Wilson]] & 
[[Matt Costello]], the [[Necon Legend]] was [[Alan Ryan]], and it was chaired by [[Jim Anderson]].
