The [[501(c)(3)]] non-profit corporation which sponsored the [[Baltimore in '98]] [[Worldcon bid]] as well as [[BucConeer]], the [[1998]] [[Worldcon]] which resulted from its victory.

In 2009 it renamed itself the [[Baltimore Washington Area Worldcon Association]].   In late 2013 it launched the [[DC17]] [[Worldcon bid]].
