'''[[Chessiecon]] 2019''' was a [[convention]] that was to have been held November 29–December 1, 2019, at the Red Lion Hotel Baltimore North (formerly Radisson North Baltimore) in Timonium, [[Maryland]].  [[GoH]]: [[Charlie Jane Anders]]; [[Music GoH]]: [[Cathy McManamon]]. [[Tom Smith]] was to have been [[Special Guest]]. 

The convention was canceled in August 2019 because of hotel problems, according to [http://web.archive.org/web/20190809223703/http://chessiecon.org/ an announcement] by [[Chairman]] [[Joshua Kronengold]].
