A [[hoax bid]] also known as '''Roadkillcon''' which promised to run the convention somewhere along I95 in the Eastern US.  It did not [[file]] and was not on the ballot to select the [[1995]] [[Worldcon]], but in the subsequent chaos of selecting the [[1995]] [[NASFiC]], it was allowed on the ballot in spite of noting having real facilities and came in second as a protest vote. The bid continued to attract the occasional [[write-in]] in subsequent years, often under minor variants, such as "I5 in 05" and "M5 in 05".
