Virginia Anderson (née Combs), a Milwaukee fan who used the penname Nanek, contributed articles, poetry and art to fanzines in the 1940s.
She also sold some poems to the prozines. Nils Hardin devoted Xenophile 40 (July 1978) to her work.
Virginia was married to Carl W. K. Anderson. She wrote for Milwaukee’s Southside Urban News Sun newspaper.
