A fanzine (almost a prozine -- maybe today it would be a semiprozine?) published by the Shaver Mystery Club to discuss and investigate Richard Shaver's claims. See Shaver Mystery. There were about nine issues from 1947 to 1949.
The drivel Shaver published was a source of great fannish angst and discussion.
