Rose P. Davenport, a San Francisco fan active in the 1940s and ’50s, belonged to the Golden Gate Futurian Society, the International Sci-Fiction Correspondence Club and the NFFF, according to the 1950 Fan Directory.
She was secretary-treasurer of Universal Musketeers, and involved in a failed 1950 effort to oust its founder and president, Ronald Friedman.
