MidSouthCon 31 was held March 22-24, 2013 at Hilton Memphis, in East Memphis, TN. Cherie Priest, Author GoH, John Picacio, Artist GoH, Richard A. Lovett, Science GoH, Steve Jackson, Gaming GoH, Maria (Vu) Leamon, Anime GoH, Ross Lockhart, Editor GoH and Terry Beatty, Comics GoH.
It was co-chaired by Danny Chamberlin and Carlin Stuart, Kimberly Richardson was toastmaster and attendance was about 1750. Eric A. Groff received it's Outstanding Achievement Award.
