The British Columbia Science Fiction Association, founded in 1970 as an offshoot of the University of British Columbia Science Fiction Society, and still in existence. It is the oldest surviving SF club in Canada. Its clubzine is the BCSFAzine. It ran Rain and was one of the early sponsors of VCON. It published Ish.
