VCON 18.5 was a relaxacon held February 15-17, 1991 at the Relax Hotel in Richmond, BC. The Relaxed GoH was Eileen Kernaghan, and Constantine Hiebner was Relaxed Fan GoH. The theme was "Sanctuary -- A Relaxacon".
