VCON 18

VCON 18 was held May 25-27, 1990 at the Totem Residence at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, BC. The GoH was Elizabeth Ann Scarborough, the Canadian Author GoH was Dave Duncan, and Roger Raupp was Artist GoH. Elizabeth A. Lynn was toastmaster and Lisa Smedman was chairman.. The theme was "Worlds of Fantasy" and attendance topped 800.
