An apa which was advertising for members in 1989 and was founded around 1979. It was organized by Jan Roaix of Enfield, CT, and described itself as "The multi-interest Amateur Press Association (APA) which bridges the gaps between our favorite conventions" and as "TAPDANCE: The Convention that lasts all year!"
