The Damon Knight Memorial Grand Master Award is an award given by SFWA since 1975. It is awarded to a living author for lifetime achievement in science fiction and/or fantasy. It is not a Nebula Award though it is awarded at the Nebula ceremony. It was originally known as the Grand Master Award, but in 2002 it was renamed in honor of the late Damon Knight, a founder of SFWA and the N3F.

Through 1995, awards were limited to no more than six per decade. Since this award is not made posthumously, this was relaxed to one per year.
