A mimeographed newszine subtitled "The Fantasy Fan Record," nicknamed Beulah, and published by Rusty Barron (Rusty Hevelin) and Larry Shaw in Philadelphia during WWII. Shaw also pubbed Beulah's Scrapbook as a supplement.
