MidSouthCon 16 was held on March 28-30, 1997 (Easter Weekend) at the Sam's Town Hotel And Casino in Robinsonville, MS. Pro GoH: John Dechancie, Artist GoH: Mitchell Davidson Bentley, Fan GoH: Cullen Johnson. Attendance was about 325 and it was chaired by Sylvia Cox.
