William Crawford and D. R. Welch reviewed it in 1935 in Science Fiction Bibliography:

This magazine is the official publication of the International Cosmos Science Club, mimeographed, 8 x 11. It is edited by John B. Michel and has appeared monthly since September 1934. It illustrates the general impotence of the average science fiction correspondence club. Contents are on a par with the Radiagram. No collector who has seen a copy will give this magazine any further consideration.
