XIlophone

The eleventh British Filk Convention, XIlophone, was held February 5-7, 1999 at the Hilton National Hotel in Basingstoke. The Overseas Guest was Dave Clement (Canada) and the UK Guest was Lawrence Dean. It was chaired by Mike Whitaker.
