Winnipeg in '23 is a bid to host the 81st Worldcon from August 24–28, 2023, at the RBC Convention Centre Winnipeg and Delta Hotels by Marriott in Winnipeg, MB, Canada. The bid chair is Terry Fong of Montreal. Vice chairs are Robbie Bourget, Slough, UK, and Linda Ross-Mansfield, Winnipeg.

The Winnipeg bid didn’t exist at the time of the February 26, 2021, filing deadline, six months before the scheduled Discon III. When Discon III was moved to December because of Covid-19, Discon announced (correctly) that it would not re-open filing leaving Chengdu 2023 and Memphis in 2023 the only filed bid. But D3 underwent considerable upheaval in the subsequent months and Winnipeg was allowed to file on April 23.
