: This makes no sense to me, and I doubt it will make sense to other readers as it’s not at all intuitive. Bidding, as a process, is nothing at all like conrunning (and I speak as someone who’s done a lot of both), and I don’t think having a distinction between specific bids (Bid) and the site selection races they were part of (what you seem to be saying Bidding is for) is worth wasting a separate category on. This makes no sense to me, and I doubt it will make sense to other readers as it’s not at all intuitive. Bidding, as a process, is nothing at all like conrunning (and I speak as someone who’s done a lot of both), and I don’t think having a distinction between specific bids (Bid) and the site selection races they were part of (what you seem to be saying Bidding is for) is worth wasting a separate category on.
