Thog the Mighty is a not terribly bright barbarian hero, the creation of John Grant (Paul Barnett) in his "Lone Wolf" fantasy novels loosely based on Joe Dever's gamebooks.

Best known for Thog's Masterclass, a section of the Ansible newszine that has run since 1994 that features "differently good" prose from the SF field.
