SMOOF or SMOFofS was organized to be the organization behind the Detroit in '85 NASFiC bid. (It also seems to have been called the Southeast Michigan Organization of Fans.)
It was an amalgamation of Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, and Detroit fans.
