A Worldcon bid mooted by Charlie Brown and Dena Brown in 1974. The bid committee included Terry Carr, Grant Canfield, Michael Kurland and Jerry Jacks.

It apparently never really got off the ground and definitely never filed to be on the site selection ballot. See 1978 Worldcon Site Selection.
