Sally Rand (born Helen Gould Beck) was an American burlesque dancer and actress, most noted for her ostrich feather fan dance and balloon bubble dance. She also performed under the name Billie Beck. She was Hank Beck’s half sister.
In 1976, she attended MidAmeriCon, served as a judge in the masquerade, and came on stage to announce one of the winners.
