Ron Bounds

Ron Bounds was a Baltimore, MD fan who was one of the founders of the Baltimore Science Fiction Society in the 1960s. He co-chaired Discon 2, was a member of the Baltimore in '67 and Washington in '77 bid committees, and published Quinine. He chaired Loscon 2. He was President of the Great Wall of China SF, Marching & Chop Suey Society.
