Robert G. Thompson was an early NY fan whose photo appears in Sam Moskowitz's The Immortal Storm (Hyperion Press, 1974). He was an early member of the Flushing SFL, tried to create the Temponautical Society, was part of United Publications (later Taurasi-Thompson Publications) and attended the Second Eastern States Science Fiction Convention, the 1938 Philadelphia Conference and Denvention.

He gafiated, probably during the War.
