Randall Paul Reichardt, a fan from Winnipeg, published the fanzines Winding Numbers and The Keyword Here Is Avenue. He was a member of Decadent Winnipeg Fandom.
He served as toastmaster for VCON 14 in 1986.
Randy now lives in Edmonton, Alberta, having retired from a career as an engineering librarian for the University of Alberta.
