Randall Paul Reichardt, a fan from Winnipeg, published the fanzines Winding Numbers and The Keyword Here Is Avenue. He was a member of Decadent Winnipeg Fandom in the late ’70s.

He served as toastmaster for VCON 14/Canvention 6 in 1986.

Randy now lives in Edmonton, Alberta, having retired in 2017 from a career as an engineering librarian for the University of Alberta. He inventoried the library’s massive Chester D. Cuthbert Collection, “something I created over an exhaustive 7-year period. It was an enormous amount of work, but was also a labour of love.” He plays guitar.
