An organization created by Claude Degler to replaced the (temporarily) dead N3F. The Planet Fantasy Federation, Degler claimed, was the organization of a new Fourth Fandom.

Pending their consent (which was emphatically not given), prominent fans were named as regional representatives (regional organizations included the Southern Circle, the Gulf Circle, the Northwest Federation, and others bearing the common sectional names); and almost every actifan Degler had visited (and some he hadn't), who received him civilly and listened to him politely, was named as a supporter of the Cosmic Circle.

Like nearly all of Degler's creation, the Planet Fantasy Federation was a paper-only organization.

Club
This is a club page. Please extend it by adding information about when and where the club met, when and by whom it was founded, how long it was active, notable accomplishments, well-known members, clubzines, any conventions it ran, external links to the club's website, other club pages, etc.

When there's a floreat (Fl.), this indicates the time or times for which we have found evidence that the club existed. This is probably not going to represent the club's full lifetime, so please update it if you can!
