Paul Caleb Turner was a California fan active mainly in the 1960s. He was a member of the SRPL and of LASFS. He was the originator of the LASFS Building Fund (which resulted in the LASFS getting a clubhouse) and served as Director and President of the club.

He was married to Ellie Turner from 1957 to 1968, and to Neola Caveny in 1984.[2]
