Minicon 28 was a convention held April 9-11, 1993 at the Radisson South Hotel in Bloomington, MN. Guests of Honor: Susan Allison, Diane Duane, Peter Morwood, Kathy Mar, Don Fitch, and John M. Ford.

The convention was not run by a chairman, but by a Grand Triumvirate consisting of: Margo Bratton, Polly Peterson, and Victor Raymond. Attendance was 3100 and the theme/motto of the convention was "Suite Savage Minicon."
