A convention held August 15-17, 1980 at the Flint Cultural Center in Flint, MI. It's not completely clear if they distinguished guests and GoHs, but they announced their "guests" as Theodore Sturgeon, Alan Dean Foster, Samuel R. Delany and Boris Vallejo.
There appears to have been two of them in the 70s.
All were chaired by Roger Sims.
