Martin Tudor is a British fan, editor, or co-editor of several fanzines (Empties, It Must Be the Sixties -- Bernie's Pregnant! ,and the semi-professional Critical Wave), and a member of various convention committees, most notably Novacon. He was a co-founder of the Mercian Science Fiction Triangle. He was a member of the Birmingham Science Fiction Group and an editor of the Brum Group News.

He was on the Britain in '87 bid and ran the fan programme at Conspiracy '87, the 1987 Worldcon in Brighton. In addition, during the early 1990s, he freelanced as a book reviewer for the magazine publisher Pegasus. He ran for TAFF in 1988 and again in 1996 which he won and later published the TAFF report Have Bag, Will Travel.
