A FAPAzine published in the Fall 1942 issue of FAPA by Russell J. Hodgkins of Los Angeles. It was a 13-page, 7x4.25" booklet demanding that the US adopt technocracy with a professionally done 4-page Technocracy booklet.
(By this time the Communist politics of the Futurians had started to subside, at least publicly, but other forms of crackpottery rushed in to fill the void.)
