Leigh Couch was a science teacher and fan who was active in fandom during the 1960s, along with her husband Norb and her children, Lesleigh Luttrell, Chris Couch, and Mike Couch.
She was a member of the Hawaii in 1981 Worldcon bid committee, the Ozark Science Fiction Association, and a member of First Fandom. She was one of the editors of Sirruish in the late 60s.
