An Austin-area con-running fan who was a member of San Antonio in '97 and chaired LoneStarCon 2, the 1997 Worldcon in San Antonio, TX. She is a member of FACT and ALAMO and has worked on numerous conventions. She chaired Smofcon 27 in 2009 and ArmadilloCon 10 and ArmadilloCon 11 in 1988 and 89. She was married to Fred Diarte.
