A British conrunner and fanzine editor who discovered fandom in 1979. He served on several convention committees.

He was one of the editors of Attitude (from 1994-1997 along with Michael Abbott and Pam Wells) which received nominations for the 1996 Best Fanzine Hugo and the 1998 Best Fanzine Hugo. It also won the Nova Award for Best Fanzine in 1995.
